Россия - Швейцария Бельгия - Бразилия Сербия - Узбекистан Австралия - Босния и Герцеговина Италия - Индия Германия - Венгрия Чехия - Голландия Швеция - Колумбия Австрия - Чили Япония - Китай Казахстан - соперник из квалификации Канада - соперник из квалификации Игры плей-офф пройдут 1 и 2 февраля. Места в финальном раунде обеспечили себе Хорватия, Франция, Испания, США, Аргентина и Великобритния. В финальном раунде сыграют 18 сборных, турнир пройдет в течение недели.
